How to sign-up an account with MYCASE?
Only once you add an item to cart and click checkout then you will be ask to sign up, or checkout as a guest. If you wish to receive news letter please scroll down to the bottom page, click the sign up button.
When should I expect to receive my order?
We ship the same day for order received before 12pm Monday to Friday. Shipping to NZ address takes 1-2 days delivery by CourierPost, for Rural NZ address takes 2-3 days by CourierPost. For international customer takes approximately 7-10 days by Airmail.
Can I exchange or refund my order?
We can replace or refund your order within 7 days of purchase provided the item is in unused, new condition and with original packaging. Shipping cost is non-refundable. If you request a replacement or refund please fill out this form.
I have trouble proceeding checkout, what should I do?
For any reason if you have trouble to proceed checkout, we can manually place an order for you, just drop us a message firstname.lastname@example.org about the product you after, your email & delivery address, then we will place an order for you, but In this case we only accept bank deposit / transfer.
