No sorry, we are 100% e-tail store, we have fulfilment centre based in New Zealand & Hong Kong shipping worldwide.

How to sign-up an account with MYCASE?
Only once you add an item to cart and click checkout then you will be ask to sign up, or checkout as a guest. If you wish to receive news letter please scroll down to the bottom page, click the sign up button.

What is your bank account number?
Bank account number will be provided in email after your placed an order with us.

When should I expect to receive my order?
It will be either 2-3 days or 2 weeks depending on stock availability, either way we provide free shipping that is trackable online. To check the estimate time arrival of a particular product simply add it to cart and then calculate shipping it will tells you the shipping cost as well as the ETA info.

Can I exchange or refund my order?
We can replace or refund your order within 7 days of purchase provided the item is in unused, new condition and with original packaging. Discounted item is non-refundable. If you request a replacement or refund please fill out this form.

I have trouble proceeding checkout, what should I do?
For any reason if you have trouble to proceed checkout, we can manually place an order for you, just drop us a message mycase23@gmail.com about the product you after, your email & delivery address, then we will place an order for you, but In this case we only accept bank deposit / transfer.

I have not receive my order?
Shipment delay does happen some times, if your order did not arrive after 30 days of shipment period we will offer you a full refund.
